An exfoliant is a product that reduces the amount of dead cell buildup on the skin. It dissolves or loosens the bonds that hold dead cells on the skin.
Your skin naturally sheds dead skin cells. When you are young, natural exfoliation occurs every few days. As you age, this process slows down substantially. Using an exfoliant can make up for the slowing of the natural process and enhance your skin tone and texture.
After you use an exfoliant, new skin develops. New collagen is produced. Your new skin absorbs moisture more easily. Maintaining moisture helps slow the development of wrinkles and produces a more glowing appearance. Also, new skin will keep the tan longer.
Salon Solatte Spray Scrub is a gentle, but fast-acting exfoliant. It will remove loose, flaky skin in 30 seconds. Or, for stronger exfoliation, rub with a washcloth, loofah, nylon net puff, or exfoliating mitt.
We don’t recommend that you use Salon Solatte Spray Scrub on your face, as it may cause eye irritation.
Try not to get Salon Solatte Spray Scrub in your eyes, but if you do, flush your eyes with plenty of water immediately.
Salon Solatte Spray Scrub won’t harm your skin if used as directed. Leaving it on your skin longer than 30 seconds won’t cause a serious problem, but could temporarily irritate your skin. If your skin is particularly sensitive, though, you may want to check with your doctor before using Salon Solatte Spray Scrub.
